I am a Consultant Urological Surgeon with over 20 years of experience treating urological conditions in adults and children. My practice focuses on uro-oncology — cancers of the prostate, bladder, and kidney — and on minimally invasive and robotic surgery using the da Vinci surgical system.

I hold an NHS consultant appointment at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, where I served as Urology Cancer Lead. I see private patients at The Chiltern Hospital, Great Missenden; The Shelburne Hospital, High Wycombe; The Clementine Churchill Hospital, Harrow; and GenesisCare, Windsor. I have performed more than 1,000 radical prostatectomies and over 600 laparoscopic kidney operations, with a focus on achieving excellent cancer outcomes while preserving quality of life.

Robotic and open prostatectomy – tailored to the individual

While most prostate cancer surgery is now performed robotically, some patients are not suitable for robotic surgery due to previous abdominal surgery or complex anatomy.

I offer both robotic and open radical prostatectomy, which allows me to tailor the surgical approach to the individual patient, including men with previous abdominal surgery, adhesions or complex anatomy.

Many of these problems can be treated effectively with straightforward procedures or conservative management, and I aim to provide clear advice and timely treatment.
