I am recognised by all major private health insurers, including Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Cigna, Vitality Health, WPA and Standard Life. Most insurers cover my consultation and surgical fees in full, subject to your policy terms.

Mr Haldar is recognised as a BUPA platinum consultant.

Before your appointment, please contact your insurer to obtain a pre-authorisation number. Some insurers may require a GP referral letter. Please bring your insurance membership number and authorisation details to your consultation.

Please note that hospital facility fees are charged separately by the hospital and may not be fully covered by all policies. I recommend checking your policy excess and any shortfall provisions with your insurer in advance.

I welcome self-funding patients and believe everyone should have access to clear, transparent pricing. Consultation fees and procedure costs vary depending on the complexity of your case and the hospital at which treatment is performed.
